Can you help with finding / purchasing a van to start our build?

We are in the process of establishing relationships with nearby Ram dealerships with the aim securing a stable supply of vans for our clients. Please contact us for more information on how we might be able to help you locate a van.

Once I have a van, what is the process to work with you?

Our process starts with an initial conversation with you to understand your needs, determine which of our standard layouts could work best for you, and what add-ons and custom design elements would make the perfect campervan for you. After that, we require an initial retainer deposit of $10k to reserve a start date for your build. Wait times to get your project started my vary subject to demand and will be communicated to you before signing our service contract. We then schedule a final design consultation with you to get the green light before starting your build.

How long will it take for you to build my campervan?

Our conversions typically take 12-16 weeks once we receive your van and have finalized design decisions with you regarding selected add-ons and finishes.

Can I customize the design of my van?

Yes, you can customize a number of interior design elements of your build within our standard layouts. These customizations include color schemes, fabrics and finishes, and we offer a list of optional add-ons such as heaters, swivel seats and bug screens.

Do you have vans already built and available for sale?

We will occasionally have a limited inventory of fully converted vans in our studio each year, so check our “Inventory” page for updates.

What are your payment terms?

A $10k deposit is required upfront to book and hold a start date for your build. 50% of the conversion fee is due on the start date of your build (less the initial deposit), with the remaining balance due on the delivery date.

While we don’t yet offer financing directly, we do recommend checking out services like Lightstream for great rates on RV loans.

Do you offer a warranty on your conversions?

Yes, we offer a 1-year (or 12,000 mile) warranty on all the interior work executed by us on our conversions (however this warranty may be impacted if you rent out your campervan). All major appliances and fixtures in your van such as your fridge and vent fan will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

If you purchased a new van, then your Promaster van will be covered by the 3-Year (or 36,000 mile) factory warranty as well as a 5-Year (or 50,000 miles) powertrain warranty.
