GETTING STARTED

The Signature Series is our fixed-layout, semi-custom offering optimized for the Ram Promaster. Our proven Signature design has been developed and honed over multiple builds into carefully considered layouts that work exceptionally well. From the pre-defined layout, you personalize the finishes and add-ons.
The Reserve Series is our fully bespoke offering, primarily on the Mercedes Sprinter. It starts from a detailed design consultation and a blank slate. No fixed layouts — each build is designed around the person commissioning it, their use case, and how they actually travel.

Our conversion pricing covers all materials and labor for the build. The van itself is separate — we typically recommend that you source and provide the vehicle. We're happy to advise on what to look for and help you avoid common pitfalls when sourcing your van.

No - our initial consultation is the typically the best place to start, with or without a van. It's where we get into how you actually plan to travel, what you need the van to do, and what matters most to you — and from that conversation, we can give you a clear steer on which platform and build series makes the most sense before you commit to anything. Getting that guidance early often saves people from buying the wrong van for their build.
If you already have a van, we'll give you an honest assessment of what build we believe is the right fit for you're needs.

PROCESS & TIMELINE

Every build starts the same way — an initial conversation to understand how you travel, what you need, and what you're working with. From there, we'll give you our honest read on whether a Signature Series or Reserve Series build is the better fit for you.
Once we're aligned on direction, a $10,000 deposit reserves your build slot. This deposit is applied towards to the total cost of your build. Detailed design then begins — for Signature Series builds, this is a focused process of confirming your layout, finishes, and add-ons. For Reserve builds, it's more iterative: multiple working sessions to develop the layout from the ground up before anything is ordered or built.
With design finalised and a service agreement in place, your build starts on the reserved date.

Signature Series builds typically take 12–16 weeks from the time we receive your van and finalise all design decisions.
Reserve Series builds vary from build to build, but typically run 18–22 weeks from design sign-off, depending on complexity. We'll always give you a clear timeline once your detailed design is locked in.

Wait times vary depending on where we are in our build schedule. We'll always give you a clear picture of current availability before you commit to anything. The $10,000 deposit secures your start date once we've agreed on the scope.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Our Signature Series Koselig layout conversion fee starts at $80,000, which covers the full build. Typical add-ons and upgrades run around $10,000. Including a new Ram Promaster 2500 159" at current pricing, the all-in investment typically falls between $139,000 and $145,000. We'd rather you know this number upfront than encounter it mid-conversation.
Reserve Series builds are priced on a project basis after the design consultation, as scope and complexity vary between builds.

A $10,000 deposit is required to reserve your build slot. 50% of the conversion fee is due on your build start date (less the deposit already paid), 25% is due at the project midpoint, and the final 25% is due once the build is complete and the van is ready to leave our studio.
The same structure applies to both Signature and Reserve Series builds.

We don't offer financing directly, but RV loan providers such as LightStream offer competitive rates that can apply to custom van conversion builds. We're happy to point you in the right direction.
Warranty

We offer a 1-year / 12,000-mile warranty on all interior work executed by us. Major appliances and fixtures — fridges, heaters, AC units and similar — are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
Note that the warranty may be affected if the van is rented out commercially. We'll always be upfront about what's covered and what isn't.

If purchased new, your van will be covered by the factory warranty. A new Ram Promaster comes with a 3-year / 36,000-mile factory warranty and a 5-year / 50,000-mile powertrain warranty. Likewise for Sprinter-based builds, Mercedes-Benz warranty terms apply.
